Therapy sessions are usually a 50 minute hour, scheduling 1 or 2 sessions per each week. Ideally, sessions interactive and collaborative, with a lot of exchange between the patient and the counseling therapist. Some things may be hard or painful to talk about, we’re determined to make the whole experience feel comfortable for you.

Couples come to improve their patterns of interacting and deal with their differences. Issues in relationships within a family or marriage, due to each person’s character being unique and having its own set of emotional triggers can be presented and investigated in the safe environment of our therapist's office.
