What Our Practice is All About

Mission

The Graymatter Clinic mission is to partner with people and assist through integrative therapy to get control of their thoughts, actions and emotions while tackling relationship, thought processing, mood, and/or behavioral issues creating a path to progress and building a life the client loves to live in.

Vision

Our vision is to be the mental health provider and brain therapist  of choice in Colorado utilizing integrative therapy including Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solutions Focused Therapy (SFT), and Relationship therapy while continuing to grow in knowledge and helping patients work through challenges, issues, and/or trauma to achieve their desired outcome.

Future Efforts

I have so many ambitions for the future! My next big plan is to open a foundation that focuses on life after loss in the form of retreats. Layla's Life After Loss Center will be a place for healing and trauma recovery, helping people process grief and move through symptoms while resolving complex issues of loss. Losing a loved one can be the most distressing experience faced in life. Complicated grief can be debilitating with painful emotions that make resuming life feel impossible. Some loss can even lead to a bereavement disorder. Loss is different for everyone. The foundation will provide a safe place to support and help process grief and loss. This foundation will serve in remembrance of my daughter, Layla Monk (#LiveforLayla). If you are interested in a life after loss retreat, please call or text me at 720-608-3610.
